how to move with less effort and poise to reduce the undue stresses and strains many of us place on our bodies. This can go a long way to preventing muscle fatigue, a major contributing factor to pain, and help to improve your posture, breathing, circulation and sense of well-being.

Teaching people of all ages and abilities and seeing them doing something with ease that had previously proved difficult. This might be running, getting into a squat, walking without pain, or even just sitting at a desk without discomfort.

I’m an Athletics Coach at Cambridge & Coleridge AC teaching javelin. I also lecture on the Northampton University BA (Hons) Acting course I’ve written three books on sports performance. ‘The Performance Paradox’ (2001), ‘Zone Mind, Zone Body’ (2006) and ‘Golf Sense’ (2010).

What I’m writing now. I write fiction for a hobby. My genres are science fiction, horror, and currently, epic fantasy.
