I specialise in the management of musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and rheumatological conditions, sports injuries and rehabilitation using a combination of manual therapy, electrotherapy, acupuncture and progressive rehabilitation regimes.
I have additional expertise in techniques including K-Laser Therapy, Musculoskeletal Medicine, Sports and Exercise Medicine, Podiatric biomechanics.

I treat all musculoskeletal conditions including back and neck pain, sports injuries including muscle, tendon and ligament injuries. My background in orthopaedics and rheumatology enables me to look after patients with joint injuries or conditions affecting the upper and lower limbs which includes the shoulders, hands, hips knees and ankles.
Giving patients the treatment, advice and education they require for a full recovery, and saying a fond farewell to patients after full recovery from their condition or injury knowing that I have prepared them well enough to prevent further injury or problems.
The patient who commits to working with me and doing everything possible to manage and improve their own condition.

As a military physio (1972-2001) I have treated casualties and patients in many conflict zones including The Falklands and Kosovo.
I was the Academy Physio at Tottenham Hotspurs in the early 1990’s, and lectured on the Football Associations Diploma in Sports Injuries for many years.

Set up and established an NHS style clinic in Southern China and ran several courses on the treatment and management of shoulder, back and neck pain at The University Hospital Kunming.
