Getting them out of pain, working with them to solve their health problems. I’m passionate about helping them to make small changes that can add up to a big difference in their quality of life and improve the waythey go about their day to day life to avoid further injury or pain in future.

Someone who is prepared to make the commitment to work with me to create the change they need in their lives and lifestyle. Someone who has the mindset to follow through on the exercises and changes between treatments to see a long-term gain from our work together.

So many things to talk about! From my five cats, to my allotment – especially tips on keeping down weeds! In fact, anything outdoors whether it’s walking, cycling or running.
